![]() Annie, the Petunia in the equation, following her childhood memories of cooking next to her Grandmother back in Colombia, eating delicious meals prepared by her mother and endless farmer's market runs with her dad, moved to the US to attend The Culinary Institute of America. Traveled to Vancouver and California and then settled in NYC, working in restaurants, bakeries and catering companies. Out of passion, love and dedication, on March 2010, PicklePetunia was born. Hoping to provide comfort and spread sweetness into the world, with a commitment to local farmers, craftsman and artisans, to create responsibly made sweets and yummies, while supporting our community and hopefully, leaving a better planet for generations to come.
